School opening was a huge success - 22.01.2011 is a day of great history in our community

Just before this date, we hosted the district officials who came to inspect our school before it officially opened.

The district education officer came plus the district inspector of schools. They gave us very positive feedback and said that our school was looking to have a very strong and good start. We have great structures and a well built. 

They said that although there is still a lot to be done, the beginning is good. It was a happy day. 

On the 22.01.2011 we started with holy mass organised by the parish priests. The nuns helped us to decorate the venue.

We had students who sung during the holy mass and afterwards entertained guests by dancing and singing. They were dressed in our proposed uniform of maroon skirts and maroon ties plus a white shirt. The chairman of the district opened the school by cutting a blue Ribbon. Other district officials attended. They thanked all our Swiss friends for helping us get such a nice school in our community. They also thanked me for making such great friendships and also coming back home to boost development. 

All the people who spoke on this day would welcome all the people who have helped build this school, so that they can see where their money has been invested.
